Our Promise
We created Refleqion to be the most meaningful gift you’ll ever give — a pendant that holds memories, moments, and emotions. Every purchase is backed by our “Make Her Cry Happy Tears Guarantee.”
If your Refleqion doesn’t deliver the impact you hoped for, we’ll refund you in full. Just reach out to us at hello@refleqion.com — we respond the same day, even on holidays.
Lifetime Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your piece ever tarnishes, breaks, or fails in any way, we’ll repair it, replace it, or refund you — for life.
- Broken chains
- QR code engraving issues
- Defects in craftsmanship
Refund Policy
You can request a refund for any reason. No questions asked. The only condition is that Refleqion must be actively operating and able to process returns.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
To request a refund:
Email us at hello@refleqion.com with your order number and a brief note. We typically respond within a few hours.
Digital Memory Hosting
Each Refleqion pendant includes 2 years of memory hosting, starting from the date of activation. You can:
- Upload photos, videos, text, and quotes
- Edit and update your Refleqion at any time
- Transfer memories to a new piece if needed
After 2 years, you’ll be given the option to renew for continued access.
What Happens If Refleqion Closes?
We don’t plan on going anywhere. But if Refleqion ever ceases operations:
- We’ll make every effort to notify customers in advance.
- We’ll provide a way to download or save your digital memories before the service ends.
- We may no longer be able to process refunds, repairs, or customer service requests.
Usage Terms
- Refleqion is not responsible for lost or stolen jewelry.
- Please handle your pendant with care — avoid submerging in water or exposing to harsh chemicals.
- Memories stored are private and only accessible through your unique QR code link.
