Your digital memory content is stored securely on encrypted servers. Only users with the private QR code link can view or edit the memory page. We do not sell or share this content with third parties.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain order and account information for as long as required by law or for our business operations. Digital memory content is stored for the duration of your hosting plan (2 years included with each purchase), with optional renewal. If hosting is not renewed, we will pause access — your memories will not be deleted and can be restored later.
