Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Lifetime Guarantee

If your Refleqion ever breaks, tarnishes, or stops working — whether it’s a month or a decade later — we’ll replace it, repair it, or refund you. For life.

Business Closure Clause

This policy is valid as long as Refleqion is in operation. If the company ever ceases business, we may no longer be able to process returns or offer refunds.
